Richard Payton has more than 30 years of business experience in both large and small companies. Six years of this experience was in the international arena, with project work and extensive travel to South America, Asia and Europe. Richard has experience in engineering, analytical, information systems, project development and finance positions, plus executive positions and management committees. This experience combined with extensive leadership training plus engineering and MBA degrees from Texas A&M University and The University of Texas at Austin gives Richard a broad perspective on organizations and the people problems they face. Richard is most proud of his wife and two daughters, plus his involvement with organizations such as Rotary International that work to make the world a better place.
