What We Do

All of our tools are scientifically designed and validated, and we can customize most of the measures to reflect the needs and values of individual job settings in your company.

Each assessment has been tested to ensure compliance with EEOC and Department of Labor standards; use of our tools and objective standards provides a positive defense against claims of discrimination.

The assessment results are available almost instantaneously! Results are presented in business language, and do not require further professional interpretation. Their use will speed, not slow your selection process, and employee time is not wasted supervising assessments.

These measures are not expensive-individual assessments range from $15 to $350, depending on the measure and the volume of usage. The customizing is entirely free!

In our initial discussion we are armed with an impressive array of business information tools, but mostly in the dark about your unique business, its structure, people, and challenges. Our primary mission, in that first discussion, is to learn those things from the best of all possible sources, you!

Once we are confident that we understand what you have told us, we are likely to make one or more recommendations that will allow you try our tools, experience the benefits, and accomplish this without spending a large sum of money! Experience has taught us that, if we understand your business and goals, make careful and conservative recommendations, and ensure that you use the recommended tools properly, you will experience the benefits.

As your business improves its people and performance, the development of a long-term client relationship is a natural outgrowth of excellent service and delivery on promises. All of our tools have built-in tracking capabilities, so that the record of what you accomplish in their use is clear and precise.

Ultimately, our tools and services never cost your business a cent! If we fail to produce benefits that exceed the cost of our services, we fail in the worst way. To date, we have never experienced that failure.

What we don't do:

We don't try to sell you "consulting" services! We consult on an hourly basis very rarely, and only when a client insists. Our tools are the only thing you normally pay for; we provide the necessary analysis, recommendations, and training at no additional cost.

We believe very strongly in the model that suggests we provide you with fishing tools and teach you to fish, not just sell you a fish, so you can buy another fish tomorrow.
