Richard Payton has more than 17 years of experience in the energy, telecom and organizational development fields. Six years of this experience was in the international arena, with project work and extensive travel to Asia, Europe and South America. Richard has experience in engineering, analytical, information systems, project development and finance positions, plus executive positions and management committees. This experience combined with extensive leadership training plus engineering and MBA degrees from Texas A&M University and The University of Texas at Austin gives Richard a broad perspective on organizations and the people problems they face.
